2-3 t/h wood pellet plant for Mexico client

In Feb. 27th 2018, a Mexico client ordered a complete wood pellet plant from Gemco. It is composed of a wood chipper, a hammer mill, 3 pellet machines, a counter-flow cooler, a pellet packing machine and several screw conveyor. The production capacity is 2-3t/h. It applies to different wood materials such as sawdust, wood chips, wood logs, barks and various crop wastes.

This Mexico client is an owner of a wood processing plant. This wood pellet plant can help him to make profits from the wood residues and crapes. These wood wastes can be made into wood pellet fuels and used in heating stove and power plant. He is satisfied with the plant design and the service we provide.

After 3 times modification from clients’ requirement, the pellet plant was successfully completed at the end of February. It will be installed in Mexico in March by our professional staffs. The following pictures shows the layout of the wood pellet plant.
