Mobile pellet production line for Canadian client

In march 2018, a Canadian client ordered an mobile pellet production line from Gemco. It is our self-developed product. It integrates a complete wood pellet production line in one base. And there are 4 wheels at the bottom of the base that allow users to move it to anywhere conveniently.

This Canadian client ordered the MPL 400 mobile pellet plant. The production capacity is 350-450kg/h, and the power is around 29kw. To be specific, it is composed of a flat die pellet machine, a hammer mill with cyclone, a cooling conveyor, and a mixing feeder, and a vibrating sieve. Besides, it is equipped with a PLC control system to realize automatic operation.

This mobile pellet production line is successfully delivered from Qingdao port to Montreal port in Canada. These are photos taken during the loading process.
